OBJECTIVE: I want to enjoy skiing and at the end of the week, accompanied by an Energy ski instructor on an easy itinerary, "do the 3 valleys" . Confirm your technical foundations for parallel skiing.
Level 2: Comfortable on blues, targeting reds, introducing a technical strategy for skiing in all weather and and all snow conditions on piste (from fresh snow to ice, from groomed slopes to bumps). OBJECTIVE: I love on-piste skiing but have a few bad technical faults - as soon as I come across ice or powder snow it's an entirely different story! Discovering the f irst specific techniques adapted to different terrains and conditions .

Expert: Discover the secret itineraries and the best off-piste spots* in the 3 Valleys. On request only, and after compulsory mountain safety training (given by Energy Ski instructors). *accessible without touring skis.
Level 1: Comfortable on reds, targeting blacks, adapting to the variables on any pistes and controlling your line and your speed down steep slopes in all snow conditions. OBJECTIVE: Looking for personal performance and an initiation in off-piste skiing.
Level 4: Beginners targeting green slopes and gaining independence on the easy pistes. OBJECTIVE: I want to learn the correct techniques right from the word go, and understand them. Confidence is the key to success. Then I can continue learning progressively without getting stuck by lack of technique in the future.
