Lessons

Our technique is based on understanding the terrain and acquiring reflexes to be comfortable in all situations, including icy patches and during big snowfalls.
ENERGY SKI Based in the 3 Valleys, giving ski lessons and ski guiding all over "Les 3 Vallées", starting in Courchevel, La Tania and Méribel, Energy Ski is a small and independant ski school that encourages its clients to independance and the freedom to ski wherever, and whenever, they wish, whatever the conditions. All of our instructors are either BASI or ESF snowsport instructor qualified. Our lessons are based on easy to understand and to apply tips and techniques while making sure you have a good time: The Energy Ski way of teaching, adapted to your language, age, and technical skiing knowledge, requires you to think about what you're doing and to analyse the sensations you experience. We help you to help yourself, and thereby improving your speed, stability and confidence; your overall performance. We use on-site video sessions for immediate feedback, walkie-talkie communication to enable tips during the actual turn and other innovative methods to ensure satisfaction and success at the end of the day. Over and above the lessons for beginners, intermediates and advanced skiers, we also have instructors for the very advanced who generally feel that they already know how to ski but would like a few tips: For example, young professionals who wish to improve but hesitate to sign up to lessons for fear of not learning anything new (eg former/current GAP year students), and people who have been skiing all their lives but are aware that their technique could be better! We also cater for teenagers who have the benefit of youth and speed thanks to all those ski lessons you paid for but are lacking somewhat in the responsibility department! Whatever your level, as long as you want to learn and improve, you will soon be convinced of having come to the right place! We have former coaches/racers on our books and are more than capable of giving lessons even to aspiring ski instructors.
